Who teaches this class?

David Kelly - a Certified NRA Instructor and Training Counselor with certification by the Massachusetts State Police for teaching the Massachusetts firearms safety courses required for you to own and purchase firearms. He has a Master's degree in Education, over 20 years of teaching experience, and decades of shooting experience.

In the past 12 years, David has provided firearm safety training and gun safety certificates to over 1,500 Massachusetts residents, as well as many non-residents who were applying for their License To Carry (LTC) a firearm in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
